Campfires are permitted when conditions and authorities allow.

A bucket of water must be located next to the fire at all times.

Fires MUST be:

• In fire drums raised off the ground (available for hire at the office)
• Extinguished when wind exceeds 10kmph or upon Management request
• Extinguished prior to going to bed and/or leaving your site
• Supervised by an Adult (18+) at all times

Fires must NOT be:

• left unattended
• ignited without first checking the restrictions of the day
• Used to dispose of any rubbish

Firewood:

• Can be purchased at the office
• Can be brought into the park from home in small quantities (no trailer loads)
• Cannot be delivered to the park by third parties
• Cannot contain nails or bolts
• Must not overhang the fire drum (max length 55cm)
• Only 30kg of firewood should be unloaded or stored near the fire

No chainsaws are to be used in the park.

Ash:

Must be extinguished, cooled and placed in the ash bins.
