Cabin check in time
We like to have your cabin fresh and clean for your arrival. To ensure this, earliest check in is 2pm. If the cabin is ready any earlier, we will send you a text and let you know.

Check out time
Check out time is 10am for sites and cabins. If you wish to extend your stay, please advise us ASAP so we can confirm availability of this for you.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in your own caravan or tent all year round, however the following rules apply:
- Owners must take absolute responsibility for their dog’s behaviour whilst in the park and the dog must always remain on a leash within the park grounds.
- Owners are not to leave a pet unattended or go out and leave the dog behind. The Shire Ranger will remove any pet left unattended without supervision.
- Owners are to dispose of any animal droppings promptly and appropriately.
- Visiting dogs are not allowed to go into our cabins unless they are designated pet friendly cabins.
- We have 8 designated pet friendly cabins available. We charge $10 per dog / per stay.
- A maximum of 2 dogs allowed in cabins or with site bookings.
- We have a pet policy in place – copies are available upon request.

Dump Point
we have a black water dump point in the park.

Fire drums and firewood
Orders for fire drums and firewood close at 4.00pm daily, so make sure you get organised early in the day to avoid disappointment. You are welcome to pre-order a drum and wood prior to your arrival. You can bring your own wood and fire drum providing it is up off the ground, so it does not burn the grass underneath. Ashes must not be dumped around the park. We have dedicated red ash bins available to dispose of your ashes.
- Firedrum only $10.00
- Firewood and drum $45.00
- Firewood, drum and kindling kit $53.00.
- You keep the drum for the duration of your stay. Additional barrow loads of wood $45.00 or 15kg bag for $17.00.

Fishing
Lake Sambell is stocked with trout on an annual basis; there are also Redfin and Yellow Belly fish in the water. Fishermen will require a fishing licence if over 18 years of age.

Generators
To maintain the ambience of the un-powered camping areas, we do not permit the use of generators.

Kids activities
We have a free Mini Golf course, volleyball and badminton, playground and plenty of room for the kids to ride their bikes around the park. During peak times we offer some children’s activities and food vendors in the park.

Late Arrivals
Please advise us if you will be arriving after 6pm and we will discuss a late arrival arrangement with you.

Linen / Bedding in cabins
- Main beds are made up with linen and towels supplied for two people.
- Some Villas have two main beds – both of which are made up.
- We supply doonas, blankets and pillows to all additional/bunk beds – you can choose to bring your own sheets or sleeping bags and towels for additional/bunk beds or hire linen packages.
- Electric blankets are supplied to main beds only; additional blankets are available in the cabins.

Linen packs
Available for hire @ $10.00 per bed / per stay. Contains sheets and towels.

Max number on sites
We allow a maximum of 6 people per site, but only one vehicle per site.

Office hours
Reception is open from 8am to 6pm – 7 days a week.

Parking
Parking for one vehicle is available at your site or cabin. Additional vehicles are to be parked in the visitor carpark.

Quite time
Please be considerate of your fellow residents and restrict the amount of noise at your site or in your cabin/caravan to an acceptable level. All noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

Recreational equipment for hire
We hire Canoes and kayaks.

Site check in time
We like to have the park clean and tidy and the amenities fresh and clean for your arrival. To ensure this, earliest check in is 12pm. We do not accept arrivals prior to this.

Site sizes
Our sites are generous and have space for your caravan, awning and vehicle, or tent and vehicle. When quoting the size of a caravan, we work on the internal measurements.

Smoking
Our cabins are strictly non-smoking. If you have been smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes of any kind in your cabin you will be responsible for an excess cleaning charge of $200. Smoking is not permitted in any of our communal areas including the BBQ’s, camp kitchen, laundry and amenities block.

TV Reception
We have TV cables available to boost television reception ($20.00 cash refundable deposit)

Vehicles
We only allow one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must be parked off the sites and in the customer carpark.

Visitors
Only one booking per site is permitted. Additional friends or family members wanting to stay with you will need to book their own site to allow us to maintain the spaciousness and tranquility of the park. Any day visitors to the park must present at reception to announce their arrival and pay the day pass fee of $5.00 per adult. A parking permit will be issued for their vehicle.

Walking Tracks
The park provides access to many walking trails including the walk to Lake Kerferd, the path around Lake Sambell and we are only a 10-to-15-minute walk to the centre of historic Beechworth.

WiFi
WiFi is available and free. A 2GB allocation over 3 days with additional GB available for purchase.
