Tariffs

We have 50+ powered tourist sites set amongst shady trees. Our generously sized level sites have concrete slabs for caravans and motorhomes or grass for tents and camper trailers. All have sullage and taps providing town water.

Powered & Unpowered Sites

We have relaxed unpowered camping along the banks of Spring Creek or under the canopy of pine trees. With plenty of sites available, there is sure to be the ideal location for your camping experience.

Cabins & Villas

Our Cabins and Villas are fully self-contained with ensuite, cooking facilities, air-conditioning and flat screen televisions.

Smoking or Vaping is not permitted in our accommodation.

Cabin facilities

All cabins are fully self-contained with ensuite, cooking facilities, TV, air-conditioning, veranda, outdoor setting and car parking at the cabin.

Park Policies

Pet Policy
  • Pets are allowed in the park all year round in your own caravan or tent.
  • We only allow a maximum of two dogs per site or pet friendly cabin booking.
  • We have designated pet friendly cabins. Please enquire with the park prior to making your booking to ensure our pet friendly cabins are available.
  • Pets are STRICTLY not allowed with villa or on-site caravan bookings – nor are they allowed to sleep in vehicles, in trailers or on cabin verandas. The only exceptions to these rules are our designated pet-friendly cabins.
  • Evidence of pets being in non-designated pet friendly cabins will be charged a fee of $200.00 for deep clean-ing of the cabin floors, couches and bedding.
  • For health and safety reasons, pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park. Additionally, any pet related accessories or blankets should not be washed or cleaned within the park or in the park laundry.
  • Owners must take absolute responsibility for their pet’s behaviour whilst in the Park and the pet must remain on a leash at all times within the park grounds.
  • Owners are not to leave a pet unattended or go out and leave the pet behind. The Shire Ranger will remove any pet left unattended without supervision.
  • Owners are to dispose of any animal droppings promptly and appropriately.
  • It is your responsibility to advise us that you are bringing your pet with you so please enquire with the park prior to making your booking.
  • All pet owners, whether you have expressly agreed or not, assume all liability regarding your pet being on our premises and indemnify us against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suits that may arise as a result of your pet being anywhere in our caravan park.
  • There is a pet policy in place and copies are available.
  • Failure to comply with these rules could result in you being asked to leave the park with no refunds for accommodation available to you.
Electric Vehicle Charging Policy

Electric vehicles are welcome at our caravan park. We do not have on site electric vehicle charging facilities, however there are multiple locations within the Beechworth township.

  • Vehicles are not to be plugged into cabins or powered sites without first seeking permission from management. This is to ensure the safety of our electrical systems and to prevent overloading.
  • A small fee is applicable if using our power to charge your electric vehicle. The fee will be calculated by utilizing the power conversion box supplied by reception staff.
  • Guests must park their electric vehicles only on their allocated site/cabin. Parking on any other site/cabin is not permitted.
  • Management reserves the right to restrict or deny access to electric charging if there are safety concerns or if the facilities are being misused.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that their electric vehicle charging cable reaches their vehicle safely and does not create a trip hazard for other guests.
  • Any damage caused to the power facilities or other property as a result of improper use will be the responsibility of the guest and charges may apply for repairs.
  • Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to electric vehicles or charging equipment while they are on the premises.
  • Guests are encouraged to report any issues or concerns regarding charging of the electric vehicle to management promptly.
  • This policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of management. Guests will be notified of any changes to the policy as soon as possible.
  • By following this policy, guests can enjoy the convenience of charging their electric vehicles while staying at our caravan park in a safe and responsible manner.

Booking Policies
  • Cabin check in time is after 2.00pm, Sites after 12.00pm and check out on day of departure is 10.00am.
  • Minimum bookings apply over Christmas, Easter, Long Weekends and Festivals.
Cabin facilities

All cabins are fully self-contained with ensuite, cooking facilities, TV, air-conditioning, veranda, outdoor setting and car parking at the cabin.

  • Main beds are made up with linen and towels supplied for two people.
  • We supply doonas, blankets and pillows to all additional/bunk beds – you can choose to bring your own sheets or sleeping bags and towels for additional/bunk beds or hire linen packages.
  • Electric blankets are supplied to main beds only; additional blankets are available in the cabins.
Linen packs

Containing sheets and towels can be hired:

  • $15.00 for double/queen beds and $10.00 for single beds (once-only charge).

Credit Card transaction fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy
  • There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason or you change your mind and the room/site is left vacant.
  • If the room/site can be re-let at any point after your departure, an equivalent refund will be made available to you, less an administration fee of $20.00.
  • A one night deposit is required upon making your booking. For bookings during peak periods, payment in full is required 30 days out from arrival date.
  • We reserve the right to charge a $20 administration fee for all cancellations.
  • A full refund or credit will be granted if the park is closed due to a COVID outbreak.
  • Deposits/payments for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the accommodation can be re-let for the equivalent timeframe originally booked.
  • Deposits/payments for cancellations made outside 14 days of arrival can be credited to a future booking within 6 months or refunded, less an administration fee of $20.00.
  • For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge entire stay charges.
  • Tariffs are subject to change throughout the year without notice.
  • We do not accept personal cheques for payment upon arrival.
  • We reserve the right to change room/site allocation (within the appropriate category) if deemed necessary.
